SAM CEO Louis Nguyen stated in an interview that permits, land, and electricity have always been the main obstacles hindering the entry of large-scale enterprises into Vietnam. Through close cooperation with VSIP, SAM has successfully overcome these challenges and laid a solid foundation for the smooth construction of data centers. He also revealed that the project will provide clients with investment registration certificates, which means foreign companies will have legal operating licenses in Vietnam, further attracting international capital inflows.
